SM-1004-2 PE Protective Film
Our SM-1004-2 PE protective film is designed for use on relatively flat materials’ surfaces.
The film is available in customized or several standard thicknesses: 30μm, 40μm, 50μm, 60μm, 70μm.
To suit various application and identification needs, the protective film is available in multiple base colors: transparent, blue, and opaque white. Custom colors or printed films with logos, instructions, or brand information can also be produced upon request.
1 – 2 N (180°C peel test) medium-low adhesion level is suitable for relatively flat materials, including:
- Electrostatic spray-coated aluminum profiles
- White PVC profiles
- Glass panels
- Household appliance surfaces
For outdoor or long-term exposure environments, weather-resistant versions are available, offering enhanced UV resistance and durability.
