SM-1004-1 PE Protective Film
Our SM-1004-1 PE protective film is a low-adhesion surface protection film, available in clear or blue base colors.
Standard thicknesses include 30 μm, 40 μm, 50 μm, 60 μm, and 70 μm, custom thickness options are also available upon request.
With a peel strength of 0.2–0.8 N (180°C peel test), it offers gentle adhesion that protects surfaces without damaging coatings or finishes. It can be easily peeled off after use.
It is particularly suitable for short-term surface protection on smooth materials,including:
- Electrophoretic aluminum alloy profiles
- Stainless steel sheets
- Aluminum sheets
