Refrigerator Tape

Refrigerator tape is an industrial-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive tape used for fixing internal structures and bonding components in household appliances.

It is widely used in the production and assembly of refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators and freezers.

Its core function is to achieve quick, reliable, and clean connections without the use of screws or welding.

It typically uses a PET film + acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) structure, combining strong adhesion with environmental adaptability.

  • 4 – 6N medium adhesive
  • 8 – 10N high adhesive

Main Features:

Our refrigerator tape has the following core performance characteristics:

  1. High Adhesion Strength
    • Excellent adhesion to metals (aluminum, stainless steel), plastics (ABS, PS), and foam materials.
    • Can replace some mechanical fasteners (such as screws and clips).
  2. Low Temperature Resistance & Temperature Cycling Resistance
    • Stable long-term use in environments ranging from -30℃ to 80℃.
    • Adaptable to repeated start-stop and condensation environments in refrigerators.
  3. Moisture Resistance & Resistance
    • Resistant to condensation and does not easily peel off.
    • Suitable for the internal environment of refrigerator/freezer compartments.
  4. Anti-aging & Residue-free
    • Does not yellow or drip with long-term use.
    • Does not contaminate the substrate during removal.
